Dual-phase Extraction Technology

To extract the highly active ingredients of Ganoderma, Shuang Hor utilises a computer-controlled, dual-phase extraction technology. The first stage takes place at a low temperature, using a specialised method to refine and extract Triterpenoids. The second stage uses hot water at precise temperatures to sequentially extract Macromolecular Polysaccharides, Nucleosides, and other essential components.

Low-Temperature Vacuum Concentration & Vacuum Freeze-Drying

To preserve the high bio-activity of Ganoderma's active ingredients, we utilise low-temperature vacuum concentration equipment to concentrate the Ganoderma extract. The extract is then subjected to vacuum freeze-drying while in a frozen state. This process ensures the Ganoderma extract retains its original molecular structure, fully maintaining the integrity of its biological activity.
